Clicking on "Feedback" off the top navigation menu will bring up the Survey List Screen.  The Survey List Screen lists the polling surveys and tests that are available to a forum member.

Polling Surveys
1) Choose a Survey by clicking on the Survey name.

2) Answer all of the survey questions.
3) Click "Submit Answers"  to submit the survey answers.  VAflyfish will display the current survey results.

Testing Surveys
1) Choose a Survey by clicking on the Survey name.

2) Answer all of the test questions.
3) Click "Submit Answers" to submit the test answers.  VAflyfish will display the test results.

To retake the test, click the "Reset Test" link.
